Competition Winner //
The Project Brief was provided by Nestlé. They requested to "Put the Fun Back into" the Smarties Packaging. It was important to me to maintain the iconic tubular shape in order to preserve the Brand identity. This cylindrical shape was then utilised to form a kaleidoscope. The lid rotating round the eye piece to reveal three compartments for the smarties. The child can eat and peak through the middle to then become engulfed in a world of their own.
This concept is currently being refined and taken further in Asia through the Nestlé Team.
